1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between lo89 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each person who uses this platform ("User", "you", "your").

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment source registered under the same name as the account.
• The deposit amount will be reflected in the account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be blocked until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• There is a specific time limit to complete the wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

5.3 Other Promotions

lo89 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the offer is announced. Where the general bonus rules do not apply, the specific terms of that offer will take precedence.

lo89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If misuse of a bonus is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

6 Game Rules

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.

• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account.
• To meet any legal or regulatory requirement.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

lo89 bears no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, if caused by your own negligence.
• Transactions delayed or cancelled due to failure of a third-party service.
• The outcome of any decision made outside the platform.
